Torre del GRAU DE CASTELLÒ (Castellò)

Municipio: Castellón de la Plana (Castellón)

Denominaciones: Torre del GRAO DE CASTELLÓN, Antonelli, J.B. (1563) y Acuña, J. (1585); Torre de CASTELLÓN, Escolano, G. (1610).

Estado actual: Desaparecida. Según fuentes, sus restos se encuentran en el seno de la dársena del puerto (Michavila, 1984: 304).

1ª Referencia escrita: S. XVI. En el informe de J.B. Antonelli (1563) se propone hacer la torre, aunque parece que su edificación no se llevó a cabo hasta la década siguiente (Olucha, 1985). Se cita expresamente en el informe de Acuña (1585).
